Whatever the reason, CADP is where it all begins.
This six-week course engages the whole self through a mix of tried-and-true intuitive exercises developed by Art & Soul founder Arunima Orr.
Whether a first-timer, a seasoned creator, or a shy seeker, these practices will ground you in authentic artmaking within a supportive circle.

Your experienced CADP facilitator will create a safe space and guide practices in play, movement, sounding, and breath work to help bypass the conditioned mind, allowing you to drop into deeper self-knowledge and connectedness.
Through experimentation and exploration, you will be led to uncover, or rediscover, your intuition, artistic urges, and innate mark-making.
