Have you completed six weeks of CADP (or the weekend version)? If so, this single day of playful, creative exploration and continued self-discovery is for you! Each session will begin with CADP’s grounding practices and then allow plenty of time for your own art-making alongside other artists who share Art & Soul’s empowering approach and who have also completed the CADP exercises that encourage authentic mark-making. You’re welcome to bring something from home to work on, or simply show up and see what wants to happen with the materials we have available. Time will always be left for non-judgmental witnessing of each other’s expressive process, which fosters community and creative visibility. In CADP RePlay, it’s about the process more than the product. A seasoned art facilitator will host each session, providing a compassionate space for you to experiment with new materials or work through any stumbling blocks that arise. Even if you are surging along unfettered, your unique presence is valuable for the whole group. A wide variety of experience creates a rich session for everyone!
